Use of Service
FirstSite provides a platform for building websites and applications using plain English. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Ownership
Everything FirstSite builds for you — your website, application, content and data — belongs to you.
Production Units
FirstSite is pay-as-you-go. Production Units (PU) are consumed as FirstSite builds and improves your projects. Purchased PU are non-refundable except where required by law.
